• Contact details you voluntarily submit via the recommendation CTA (email and/or phone). Legal basis: your request that we contact you.
• When you check out and have accepted cookies, your lvp_visitor_id is attached to the order as a cart attribute so we can connect your order to your site activity.

We keep anonymous machine-finder responses for up to 24 months for product analysis. Contact details submitted via the CTA are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted unless you become a customer (in which case order records follow our standard commercial retention).
